Bristol developed Camino Del Sol in 2003 following its acquisition of the land, and obtaining development approvals from the City of Oxnard. The senior project consists of 120 units situated on 4 acres of land Nestled in the heart of Oxnard, Camino is in close proximity to urban conveniences such as Downtown Oxnard, St Johns Regional Medical Center, restaurants, shopping, and public transportation.

Camino Del Sol contains 120 apartment units, consisting of 60 one bedrooms and 60 two bedrooms. Under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program, the project was developed utilizing State of California allocations of Tax Exempt Bonds and Low Income Tax Credits.
